有初始间隙弹性摩擦接触问题的罚有限元法

针对三维有初始间隙带摩擦的弹性接触问题,提出了一种新的迭代求解方法——罚有限元法。根据接触问题局部非线性的特点,将接触区域的法向非嵌入条件及切向连续性条件作为罚因子引入系统的总势能泛函中,由最小势能原理,得出了求解有初始间隙带摩擦弹性接触问题的罚有限元公式系统。最后通过两个数值算例验证方法的正确性和有效性。

Classical geopolitics,realism and the balance of power theory

Since the end of World War II, classical geopolitics as a particular form of realism has been disengaged from the development of mainstream realist theories. This disengagement has not only concealed the value of classical geopolitics as a framework of analysis for policy and strategy, but also created an increasing rift between theory and policy in contemporary realist theories. This paper seeks to reengage classical geopolitics with mainstream realist theories by clarifying its realist traits and analytical characteristics, (re)stating its core propositions and probing into its potential contribution to the development of mainstream realist theories. This paper contends that classical geopolitics, while having a distinctive pedigree, can arguably be considered an integral part of the family of realist theories in view of its basic theoretical assumptions concerning international anarchy, the unit of analysis and power politics. As a framework of analysis, classical geopolitics incorporates three interrelated strategic propositions. Those three propositions not only constitute the theoretical core of classical geopolitics, but also manifest a peculiar balance-of-power conception that is essentially distinct from those proposed by mainstream realist theories. This paper argues that those three propositions combined promise to fill in prominent lacuna in the balance-of-power research programme, and also have significant implications for contemporary world politics.     

直接力/气动力复合作用动能拦截弹姿态控制方法

针对直接力/气动力复合作用动能拦截弹的姿态控制问题,建立了拦截弹俯仰-偏航通道短周期运动模型;利用线性二次型最优跟踪控制理论结合姿控固体小火箭点火逻辑设计了复合控制系统,通过分析非线性容限得出了该系统对直接力偏差具有强鲁棒性的结论;姿控回路仿真表明系统具有快速响应特性及良好的跟踪性能,考虑侧喷干扰效应等实际条件的六自由度弹道仿真表明所设计的控制系统能够满足拦截末段直接碰撞要求。     

新型串联锂离子电池组主动均衡电路设计

为解决串联锂离子电池组电压均衡问题,提出了一种新型主动电池到电池均衡电路。该电路主要包括N+5个双向开关以及一个LC谐振电路,其中,N表示电池组中电池的数量。利用LC串联谐振电路能够直接将能量从最大充电电池传输至最小充电电池,无需使用多绕组变压器。并且在零电流开关条件下,运行电路中的所有开关能够减少平衡所用功耗。通过10节串联锂离子电池的实际测试,结果显示相比常规均衡电路,提出的电路能够实现快速平衡并且传输效率更高。当均衡功率为0.48 W和2.04W时,实测功率传输效率分别为92.7%和79.2%。     

Modern Sikh Warriors: Militants,Soldiers, Citizens

Central to the mainstream Sikh identity is the concept of ethically-justified force, used as a last resort. There is no place for absolute pacifism in this conception of ethical living. Fighters and martyrs occupy an important place in the Khalsa narrative, and Sikhs are constantly reminded of the sacrifices and heroism of their co-religionists of the past. This article explores how the Sikh warrior identity is manifested in the contemporary world. It examines the Sikhs who, in the 1980s and 1990s, were involved on both sides of the Punjab crisis: those militants who fought for a Sikh homeland (“Khalistan”) and those Sikhs in the Indian army who suppressed the insurgency. The article also looks beyond the militants and soldiers to Sikhs employed in modern security-related professions, the broader issue of Sikh symbols relating to the use of force, and violence within the Sikh diaspora. An examination of the Sikhs in various parts of the world reveals additional uses and consequences of ideology, whether in enlistment in the armed forces of the states in which they live, or in the support of the militancy in India, particularly in the 1980s. The conclusion is that the modern Sikh warrior is a nuanced actor behaving in various ways, some overt and some subtle: the warrior is willing to physically fight those perceived to be tyrannous, but most initiatives have shifted to pursuing justice through non-violent means, such as legal struggles for civil rights. Although armed Sikh militancy against the Indian government is in the past, there are strong residual resentments still requiring redress. All of this is of great relevance to understanding the ethics of armed force within modern Sikhism.     

论我国海上执法力量的整合与构建

我国现行的海上执勤执法体制存在种种弊端,国家迫切需要建立一支近能管理、远能维权、平战结合的海上执法力量及其管理机构,以此来抵御非军事入侵、维护海洋权益和实施海洋管理。运用科学发展观和比较分析法,提出从战略发展、与国际接轨、依法治国和整合成本四个方面,构建我国以海警为主的海上执法力量。     

磁悬挂天平的变结构控制

鉴于磁悬挂天平系统强烈的非线性特性及存在的多种不确定性 ,针对非匹配不确定性情况设计了变结构控制器。根据对悬浮时模型受力图的分析及其模型两端电磁力、电流和电压的平衡关系 ,并以Y轴方向受力为例 ,讨论了磁悬挂天平的非线性变结构设计过程。该设计的目的是使镇定误差趋近于 0 ,其设计步骤包括期望性能到期望力的传递、满足滑动模态可达条件的控制力到控制电压的传递、控制电压的求解。同时对设计的结果进行了仿真分析 ,仿真结果表明磁悬挂天平的变结构控制系统具有良好的动态性能

液体火箭发动机功率平衡通用计算方法

本文提出了一种新的液体火箭发动机功率平衡通用计算方法。该方法按照预定的计算顺序，对发动机系统的各个部件进行迭代计算，采用拟牛顿法求解系统可调变量。该方法对各种发动机系统方案的分析具有通用性，适用于液体火箭发动机系统循环方案论证。该方法已在计算机上采用面向对象程序设计实现。本文给出了用该程序对采用液氧、丙烷作为推进剂的分级燃烧循环进行计算的结果。
